Premium,
I personally know how important (and difficult) it is to find a high quality, best fit therapist. If you are here, you are likely looking for depth, discretion, and real change.
I intentionally take on a specific number of clients in order to provide the highest quality mental healthcare. I value being able to show up for you fully present, grounded, and invested. My care for you goes beyond our 60-minute sessions as I have time to “put the pieces together” before meeting with you again, rather than rushing to another client on an overbooked schedule as many other therapists are.
I also deeply value your privacy! Private pay therapy offers a level of privacy and discretion that insurance-based care cannot. Your therapeutic work remains confidential without the limitations of insurance systems.
I provide a more meaningful therapeutic relationship, intentional work, and greater results.
Intentional,
Private care

Unmasked, unfiltered,
no BS therapy
There are many times that therapy sessions will feel interesting, exciting, and fun! I am highly authentic, human, and love to bring humor into our space..
but there will be moments in our work that feel uncomfortable (and that is a good thing! It means something meaningful is shifting!)
I value your time and the gift of healing. I honor your pace and nervous system, but I will not collude with the parts of you that hide behind productivity, overthinking, and emotional numbing. You deserve depth, clarity, and connection.
Together, we will find new perspectives that will allow you to step outside of your comfort zone into the change that you want.
Picture this: You are standing in an art gallery, just inches from a massive painting. You can see every brushstroke, every sharp contrast in color, every unsettling detail. It feels confusing and overwhelming, and nothing quite makes sense from where you’re standing.
Now imagine I gently step beside you and invite you to take a few steps back. As you create more space, the pieces begin to connect. The tension softens. The image comes into focus. Shape becomes story, color finds its purpose, and what felt confusing or overwhelming becomes part of a larger, coherent story.
That shift is what therapy with me offers.
My Guiding Values
Therapy is deeply relational. Nurturing and protecting our therapeutic relationship is my #1 priority.
→ Depth over quick fixes: transformation through warmth and honest, compassionate guidance
→ Private, premium care: utilizing a private pay structure so that your care remains completely private, confidential, and ethical
→ Narrative healing: your past shaped you, but it does not have to define you
→ Regulated, safe relational space: we work at the pace your nervous system can hold without forcing or shaming
We embrace all the feels around here
Bring your whole damn self! Your feelings aren’t “too much.” They were just never met with enough safety.
In our work, emotions are information and experience, not threats. We explore them with curiosity, humor, and compassion. We will reconnect you to the parts of yourself that you had to silence, or over-explain, in order to survive.
Your sensitivity was never the problem; the environments that dismissed it were.
How are we feeling today?
Here are some common struggles my clients bring into therapy:
→ Feeling disconnected or “not like yourself”
→ Burnout from over-functioning and over-giving
→ Shame that never seems to quiet down
→ Using work, wine, doom-scrolling, or other distraction to avoid the pain
→ Difficulty trusting others or setting boundaries
→ Repeating relationship patterns
What they’re saying
While I don't accept your insurance directly, your plan may have out-of-network (OON) benefits, which means your insurance will reimburse you for a large portion of our session cost. If you do have OON benefits, I have partnered with Thrizer to handle the out-of-network process automatically for you. They will take care of submitting and managing the claims for you, so you don't have to worry about submitting superbills. Once you meet your deductible, you also have the option to pay a reduced fee for our sessions, instead of needing to pay my full rate and waiting for a reimbursement check. Please use the widget below to check whether you have OON benefits and your expected fee post deductible.
