Let’s make this part easy. I value transparency, so here are my FAQs.

  • My rate is $250 per 55-minute session. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on need.

  • I work with adults who are high-functioning yet internally overwhelmed — people who have spent years being the strong one, the helper, the achiever, or the problem-solver.

    Many of my clients come from narcissistic or emotionally chaotic family systems, struggle with shame, perfectionism, burnout, identity confusion, and emotional disconnection.

    If you’ve ever thought, “I should be fine by now,” or “I’ve outgrown everything except my patterns,” you’re in the right place.

    Clients must be in the state of Florida.

  • For the most part, my clients meet with me weekly as this is what is clinically most beneficial. An increase or decrease in frequency is typically a collaborative decision based on goals, needs, and life demands.

  • Therapy might be a good fit if you feel stuck in patterns like self-doubt, burnout, or constant pressure—even if your life looks “successful” on the outside.

    Many of my clients are high-functioning women who don’t initially identify with the word trauma, but know something feels off. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of those patterns, and reconnect with who you are beneath them.

    Here’s a little secret: the best sessions (where we really dig in deep) are usually the sessions when a client comes in saying “I don’t really have anything to talk about today!”

  • Yes! I offer virtual therapy sessions for clients located in Florida, allowing you to access high-quality care from the comfort of your home.

  • Yes! I offer walk-and-talk therapy in select outdoor locations for clients who prefer a more relaxed, movement-based approach to sessions. These sessions are based in Naples, Florida.

  • I require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel appointments. If you notify me less than 24 hours before the appointment, you are required to pay the full cost of the session.

  • I am a private pay provider and do not take insurance directly.

    However, you may have out-of-network benefits. I use a service called Thrizer that automatically submits superbills for you and allows you to pay a reduced fee after meeting your deductible.     Private-pay therapy protects your story, your autonomy, and your pace. Diagnosis, records, and treatment decisions stay between us, not a third party.

  • Here is the beauty of my free consultation! I offer a 20-minute phone consultation that is meant to break the ice and see if we click. I often call this a “vibe check.”

Rather than just managing symptoms, we explore the deeper patterns that have been shaping your sense of self and begin creating space for clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

  • The length of therapy varies depending on your goals and what you’re working through. Identity-focused work tends to go beyond short-term symptom relief, allowing for deeper and more lasting change over time.

    Many clients find therapy a valuable piece of their routine and self-care so they choose to continue long-term as their goals shift and evolve over time.

  • During our initial free-of-charge consultation, we will schedule your first session.

    The first session is a space for us to get to know each other, explore what’s bringing you in, and begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to how you’re feeling. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. Let me handle putting the pieces together while guiding our conversation at your pace.

While I don't accept your insurance directly, your plan may have out-of-network (OON) benefits, which means your insurance will reimburse you for a large portion of our session cost. If you do have OON benefits, I have partnered with Thrizer to handle the out-of-network process automatically for you. They will take care of submitting and managing the claims for you, so you don't have to worry about submitting superbills. Once you meet your deductible, you also have the option to pay a reduced fee for our sessions, instead of needing to pay my full rate and waiting for a reimbursement check.
